Frameform WA is the Western Australian arm of Frameform, supplying precision steel frames and aircrete building systems to builders, developers and owner-builders across the state.
Frameform WA brings the Frameform building system to Western Australia, manufactured and supplied locally, so builders no longer have to wait on frames trucked in from the eastern states. We've invested in our own Scottsdale roll-forming machine to produce light-gauge steel wall frames, roof trusses and floor systems to precise engineering tolerances, right here in WA.
What sets us apart is the aircrete infill, aerated concrete inside the frame, that makes a Frameform wall stronger, quieter, more thermally efficient and fire resistant than a conventional frame. It's a smarter wall system, tested to Australian standards, with CSIRO testing underway.
We work whichever way suits your project. Builders, developers and owner-builders who just want the frame get a frame package and nothing more. Where you'd rather one party carried the job, we hold a WA building licence and can act as head contractor and deliver end-to-end, frame through to services and the sewer connection. Owner-builders running their own build can also take project management support from us.
