The system

Workforce accommodation is built to a pattern: rooms, ablution blocks, mess and admin buildings, repeated across a camp. Roll-formed steel gives you the same frame every time, manufactured to the same approved engineering, so units assemble predictably instead of being fitted individually on site.
Remote sites punish weight and rework. Light-gauge steel frames are light to truck and crane, they will not warp or twist in transit or in storage, and components arrive labelled so a crew with limited time can stand them accurately. Steel is also termite-resistant and non-combustible - BAL compliance still depends on the complete certified design.
Aircrete infill is available where acoustic performance matters, which in shift-based accommodation is often the difference between a room people can sleep in and one they cannot.

Do you only supply frames, or can you build the accommodation?
Both. Frameform WA holds a WA building licence and can act as head contractor, delivering accommodation buildings end-to-end - frame through to services and the sewer connection. We also supply frame-only packages and work alongside the builder, modular manufacturer or contractor already delivering your project.
Can you repeat the same frame across dozens of rooms or units?
Yes - repeatability is where roll-formed steel earns its place. Once a building type is engineered and detailed, we manufacture the same package as many times as the program requires.
Do the frames suit transportable buildings?
Frames are manufactured to your approved project engineering and design loads, including transport and lifting where those are part of the design. Components are packaged and labelled so assembly on site is straightforward.
How is noise between rooms handled?
Our aircrete infill option adds acoustic and thermal performance to external walls. Internal acoustic separation is a matter for the complete certified design - tell us the target and we will price the frame package accordingly.
Do you deliver to remote WA sites?
Delivery is available anywhere in WA - we deliver throughout Western Australia, with delivery scope confirmed with the quote.
