Instead of juggling separate suppliers for frames, trusses and floors, your whole light-gauge frame comes from one WA team. We detail the package from your architectural plans and manufacture to the approved project engineering, so wall frames, roof trusses and floor systems fit together on site. Engineering and detailing can be coordinated as part of the frame package, with scope confirmed in your quote.
Then there's the part no standard frame offers: aircrete. Infill your external walls with aerated concrete and the home gains real acoustic and thermal performance, plus a non-combustible wall material. Steel and aircrete are non-combustible, though BAL compliance for a bushfire-prone block depends on the complete certified design.
For owner-builders, a labelled, pre-punched frame package makes the hardest trade on the job predictable. For builders, it means consistent frame quality across every home in your pipeline.

Can I use my own builder with a Frameform frame?
Yes. We manufacture the frame package and your builder installs it. Panels arrive labelled and pre-punched, so any competent framing carpenter can stand them.
Is a steel frame home hotter in summer?
The frame is only part of the wall. With aircrete infill, a Frameform wall is more thermally efficient in WA heat than a standard frame - and the frame itself won't warp as temperatures swing.
Are steel frame homes suitable for bushfire areas?
Steel is a non-combustible material, which makes it a sensible choice on BAL-rated blocks. Whole-building BAL compliance depends on the complete certified design - your builder or certifier confirms it, and we manufacture the frame to the approved engineering.
I'm an owner-builder - where do I start?

Do you deliver home frame packages outside Perth?
Yes. Delivery is available anywhere in WA - we deliver throughout Western Australia, with delivery scope confirmed with the quote.
Do you build the homes, or only supply the frame?
Both are available. Frameform WA holds a WA building licence and can act as head contractor and build end-to-end - frame through to services and the sewer connection. We also supply frame-only packages to builders, developers and owner-builders who just want the frame, and offer project management support for owner-builders running their own build. Tell us which you want and we'll quote it that way.
