Precision roll-formed light-gauge steel wall frames, roof trusses and floor systems - engineered, manufactured and supplied right here in Western Australia.
At the core of every Frameform WA build is precision steel. We roll-form light-gauge steel on our own Scottsdale machine, so every frame and truss is manufactured to the millimetre and ready to go up fast on site. Send us your plans and we'll engineer, detail and supply the full package - wall frames, roof trusses and floor systems - infilled with aircrete for a wall that's stronger, quieter and fire resistant.

What we supply.
Wall Frames
Straight, true and dimensionally accurate light-gauge steel wall frames. Termite-proof, non-combustible and free from warping, twisting or shrinkage, so your walls stay plumb for the life of the build.
Roof Trusses
Engineered steel roof trusses built to your span and pitch. Lightweight, high-strength and precision-cut for a fast, predictable install, designed for WA conditions from the coast to the north.
Floor Systems
Steel floor joists and bearers for level, squeak-free floors over any subfloor. Ideal for sloping blocks, second storeys and modular builds where timber can't keep up.
Aircrete-Infilled Walls
The Frameform difference: our steel frames infilled with aircrete (aerated concrete) for acoustic, thermal and fire performance a standard frame can't match. Around 20% stronger and roughly 45 dB quieter.
